A:  $55,000 complete. The Craftsman tiny home pictured on our site is a high end home with high end finishes and components. Therefore it is not an an inexpensive home. With options like custom live edge countertops and desk, custom cabinetry, engineered hardwood floors, real cedar siding and a gable roof with shed dormers; it is an incredibly luxurious home. However, like anything else, there are options available to fit any budget!
Q: Where Can I Park It??

A:  Great Question! Unfortunately there is still a lot of grey area here because tiny homes are such a new concept, especially in Ontario.

It is a fantastic idea to check with your local municipalities and officials to find bylaw and zoning regulations specific to your area. However, even taking these steps can leave you with unanswered questions due to their unframiliarity with tiny homes.

In most cases, tiny homes will simply be seen as RV's and therefore will be regulated in the same way. In most major cities and towns, you are allowed to park an RV in your laneway or on your property and use it for recreational purposes.

The completely legal options for your tiny home on wheels are all Rv parks (preferably four-season), municipalities that make changes to their bylaws to accomodate tiny houses, and unregulated municipalities, (usually rural cities and towns).
Q: Do you have a "show home" that i can see?
