The house is 8' x 18' (144 sq.ft.) excluding the porch and loft, and has been insulated with 2-pound closed cell spray foam; the best insulation on the market.

It has a comfortable 32" x 32" fiberglass shower, composting toilet, custom built maple kitchen cabinetry, two 24" closets, and a 3 foot sleeping/storage loft over the porch. The main sleeping loft is open and airy thanks to the shed dormers and it's four windows.
